If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, do not continue accessing or using the service. We may adjust the service based on product iteration, operations, security requirements, or compliance needs and update the corresponding terms on this page.
2. Age and Guardian Consent
You must be at least 13 years old to use Changé. Children under 13 may not register for, access, or use the service.
If you are at least 13 but under 18, you may use the service only with the prior consent and guidance of a parent or legal guardian. Your parent or legal guardian should read and agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy and is responsible for your use.
Users under 18 may not purchase subscriptions, credits, space quotas, or other paid services, and may not complete payments on behalf of another person.
3. Service Description
Changé is an AI assistant service for workspace scenarios. It provides conversational AI assistance, file and material processing, content generation, space collaboration, history, and organization permission capabilities.
The service is provided as currently available. We will continue improving the service experience, but reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate some features based on technology, capacity, security, compliance, or operational conditions.
AI outputs are generated from model inference, your inputs or uploaded materials, and information available to the system. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Please verify important matters through authoritative sources.
4. Service Provider
Changé in Hong Kong is operated and provided by 基础科技（香港）有限公司 (Fundamental).
Unless a page, order, or separate agreement states otherwise, “we,” “us,” “the platform,” and “Changé” in these Terms refer to the service provider above.

5. Territorial Restrictions and Local Compliance
If you access or use the service from outside Hong Kong, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations. We will not be liable for any violation of local laws or regulations arising from your use of the service outside Hong Kong.
Nothing contained in the service constitutes an offer, solicitation, or invitation to provide any product or service to any person who is not legally permitted to receive such information or use such product or service.
6. User Responsibilities
When using Changé, you agree to comply with the following requirements and remain responsible for your account, inputs, uploaded materials, and use of results.
- Provide accurate, truthful information that you have the right to use.
- Use the service only for lawful, compliant, and authorized purposes.
- Safeguard email verification codes, login devices, and account access permissions, and do not share them with unrelated people.
- Ensure that materials you upload, submit, or process come from lawful sources and have the necessary authorization.
- Do not attempt to damage, disrupt, interfere with, bypass, or gain unauthorized access to the service, other user accounts, organization spaces, or underlying systems.
- Respect the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, trade secrets, and other lawful rights of others.
- Do not submit, upload, generate, or distribute inappropriate, offensive, illegal, infringing, fraudulent, malicious, or misleading content.
7. Prohibited Use
You may not use Changé to engage in the following conduct, or assist, induce, or request others to engage in the following conduct.
- Violate any applicable local, national, industry, or international laws and regulations.
- Harass, abuse, harm, threaten, discriminate against, or infringe the rights of others.
- Submit false, misleading, impersonating, unauthorized, illegal, or non-compliant information.
- Distribute spam, malware, viruses, attack payloads, or content designed to evade security detection.
- Attempt to access, scan, damage, or interfere with Changé, third-party systems, or other users' data without authorization.
- Use the service without permission for resale, bulk calling, scraping, commercial packaging, or purposes inconsistent with the authorized scope.
- Use AI outputs directly as a substitute for medical, legal, investment, tax, audit, or other professional advice.
8. Intellectual Property and Content
Parts of Changé's interface, software, system design, brand marks, documentation, features, and platform capabilities that legally belong to the platform or its rights holders are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Without express written permission, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit any part of the service or its software.
You retain the rights that legally belong to you in your input content, uploaded files, business materials, and workspace data. To provide, maintain, troubleshoot, protect, and improve the service, you authorize us to process that content within the necessary scope.
9. Paid Services, Subscriptions, and Credits
Changé may offer free features as well as paid subscription tiers, recurring subscriptions, one-time subscription periods, extra credit packages, personal or collaboration space quotas, and other benefits shown in the service. The purchasable items, plan content, prices, currencies, taxes, payment methods, benefit validity periods, and whether recurring billing is available are subject to the Subscription and Credits page, the payment page, and the order you confirm.
Before purchasing, you should carefully check the logged-in account, item, billing cycle, billing address, payment method, and order amount. Prices may exclude taxes. Taxes will be calculated based on the billing address and payment page rules and may be added to the total amount payable before you confirm the order.
- You must pay using one of the payment methods we currently accept. Payments may be processed through Antom or other configured third-party payment service providers and may support payment methods shown on the page, such as cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, AlipayHK, and Alipay.
- When you choose a recurring subscription, you authorize us or the third-party payment service provider to charge your payment method for applicable fees and taxes on the monthly or annual cycle you select until you cancel the subscription, payment fails, or the subscription is terminated.
- You may cancel or resume a recurring subscription through the entry provided in the service. After cancellation, automatic charges usually stop, and active subscription benefits remain available until the end of the current period. After resumption, automatic charges continue based on the next payment time shown on the page.
- If you upgrade or adjust a recurring subscription, the system may update future charges using the existing subscription agreement. Whether an immediate charge applies, whether remaining benefits are converted, and when the change takes effect are subject to the confirmation information shown on the page and the order record.
- Subscription credits, extra credits, and space quotas may only be used within the Changé service. They may not be transferred, resold, redeemed for cash, or used as currency, and they are used according to the amounts, validity periods, consumption order, and service rules shown on the page. Unused benefits may expire after expiration, termination, or cancellation.
- Unless required by applicable law, expressly stated in page rules, or caused solely by our failure to make the purchased service normally available, paid services that have been activated, consumed, or fulfilled generally are not eligible for no-reason refunds. If a refund is confirmed, it may be processed through the original payment channel, and the arrival time is subject to the payment service provider, wallet, or card issuer rules.
- If payment fails, is rejected, reversed, or charged back, or if an order, payment method, or account use involves fraud, abuse, illegal activity, or security risk, we may refuse to activate, suspend, adjust, or terminate the related paid service, subscription benefits, credits, or space quotas, and reserve the right to take necessary risk control and recovery measures.
10. Disclaimer
Changé is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without any express or implied warranties.
We do not guarantee that AI replies, summaries, analyses, suggestions, code, file processing results, or other outputs will always be accurate, complete, reliable, timely, or suitable for your specific purposes.
We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, completely error-free, completely free from security risks, or that all issues can be fixed within a specific time.
You should decide whether outputs are suitable for your scenario and always verify important information through authoritative sources. You are responsible for judgments, actions, and subsequent results based on information from the service.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use Changé.
Such damages include, but are not limited to, lost profits, lost data, lost business opportunities, business interruption, reputational harm, third-party claims, or damages arising from reliance on AI outputs.
If applicable law does not allow liability to be completely excluded or limited, the platform's liability will be limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.
12. Indemnification
If any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arise from your use of the service, submitted content, uploaded materials, violation of these Terms of Service, or infringement of third-party rights, you agree to assume corresponding responsibility to the extent permitted by law and hold the platform and related parties harmless.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When significant changes occur, we will notify users by publishing updated content on this page and adjusting the Last updated date.
If you continue using Changé after the Terms are updated, you accept the updated Terms. We recommend that you review this page regularly to stay informed about the latest Terms of Service.
14. Termination
In the following circumstances, we may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to Changé within a reasonably necessary scope.
- You violate these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, or platform rules.
- Your account, organization space, uploaded materials, or use of the service creates security, fraud, illegal activity, or infringement risks.
- Your use affects the platform, other users, third-party systems, or service stability.
- Laws and regulations, regulatory requirements, service adjustments, or other reasonable reasons require us to take restrictive measures.
- After access is terminated, your right to use the related service will stop accordingly, but liabilities, restrictions, and necessary compliance processing that have already arisen will not be affected.
